Adding a phone number to your Discord account is a quick and easy process. Once you have your Discord account set up and registered, all you need to do is add a phone number to your account and you’re good to go!
1. Log in to your Discord account.
Adding a phone number to your Discord account is a great way to keep your account secure. Not only will it add an extra layer of security, but it will also allow you to recover your account if you ever forget your password. To add a phone number to your Discord account, simply follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Discord account.
2. Click on the “User Settings” cog in the bottom left corner of the screen.
3. Select the “Security” tab from the list of options.
4. Scroll down to the “Two-Factor Authentication” section and click the “Enable Two-Factor Authentication” button.
5. Enter your phone number and select the “Send Code” button.
6. Enter the code that was sent to your phone number and click the “Verify” button.
Once you have added a phone number to your Discord account, you will be prompted to enter a code whenever you log in. This code can be generated by the Discord app or by a physical security key. If you ever forget your code, you can simply request a new one via text message or email.
2. Click on the “User Settings” icon.
3. Select the “Connections” tab.
4. Click on the “Add Phone Number” button.
5. Enter your phone number in the “Phone Number” field.
6. Click on the “Save” button.
7. Your phone number will now be associated with your Discord account.
Your phone number will now be associated with your Discord account and you will be able to use it to log in and receive verification codes. You may also use it to receive SMS messages from Discord.
